Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. If the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Caso Leisure covers return shipping and will issue a refund or replacement after the item is returned and inspected. If the customer simply changed their mind, the item must be unused, in original packaging, and resellable. The customer pays return shipping, and the refund will cover the product cost, not original shipping. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 7 business days, though banks may take extra time to process. A restocking fee may apply in some cases and will be communicated during the return process.
Warranty
Includes a two-year manufacturer warranty on jetboard electronics and a 12-month manufacturer warranty on the lithium-ion battery. Warranty support may include manufacturer-supplied replacement parts and remote repair guidance when applicable.
