What is your Return Policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
If the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Caso Leisure covers return shipping and will issue a refund or replacement after the item is returned and inspected.
If the customer simply changed their mind, the item must be unused, in original packaging, and resellable. The customer pays return shipping, and the refund will cover the product cost, not original shipping.
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 7 business days, though banks may take extra time to process. A restocking fee may apply in some cases and will be communicated during the return process.
Warranty
Hydrix covers motors and batteries for two years from purchase. Non-accidental battery failures under warranty are replaced rather than repaired.
Overview
The HYDRIX APEX Carbon Electric Surfboard is built for riders seeking high-performance speed, acceleration, and extended time on the water. Constructed from carbon fiber and powered by HYDRIX’s high-output electric propulsion system, the APEX combines serious performance with a streamlined, responsive design.
An 18 kW rated motor with up to 22 kW peak output drives the axial-flow jet propulsion system, delivering speeds of up to 70 km/h (43+ mph). HYDRIX lists acceleration from 0–50 km/h in 1.5 seconds, giving the APEX the quick response expected from its flagship performance model.
The high-capacity 6,300 Wh PowerCell provides up to 90 minutes of cruising time or approximately 60 minutes during maximum-output riding, depending on rider weight, conditions, and riding style. An integrated Battery Management System monitors key battery parameters, while the IP68-rated propulsion system and SS316 stainless-steel impeller are designed for marine use.
A centrally positioned PowerCell helps balance the board, while adjustable bindings, an ergonomic handheld throttle, EVA traction surface, and magnetic safety switch provide control and security throughout the ride.
