What is your Return Policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
If the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Caso Leisure covers return shipping and will issue a refund or replacement after the item is returned and inspected.
If the customer simply changed their mind, the item must be unused, in original packaging, and resellable. The customer pays return shipping, and the refund will cover the product cost, not original shipping.
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 7 business days, though banks may take extra time to process. A restocking fee may apply in some cases and will be communicated during the return process.
Warranty
Eligible products include support under YachtBeach's applicable manufacturer warranty.
About this model
Overview
The YachtStep closes the gap between your yacht and the platform. Each step is an inflatable 20 cm dropstitch section with a high-quality EVA teak surface, so it looks like part of the boat and stays secure underfoot. On the Medium and Large, the steps are bonded together and each one holds its own separate air chamber.
Designed for use with YachtBeach platforms and docks. Five straps are included to fix the YachtStep to almost any platform, along with a carry bag for storage and transport.

Choosing your size
Size is set by the height you need to climb, from the platform up to your boarding point. Measure that drop first, then match it to the height below.
| Small — 20 cm rise | One step. 158 × 70 × 20 cm. For platforms sitting almost level with the boarding point. |
| Medium — 40 cm rise | Two steps. Lower 276 × 95 cm, top 173 × 50 cm. The common choice for most yachts. |
| Large — 60 cm rise | Three steps. Lower 343 × 140 cm, middle 276 × 95 cm, top 173 × 50 cm. For higher freeboard. |
