Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
If the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Caso Leisure covers return shipping and will issue a refund or replacement after the item is returned and inspected.
If the customer simply changed their mind, the item must be unused, in original packaging, and resellable. The customer pays return shipping, and the refund will cover the product cost, not original shipping.
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 7 business days, though banks may take extra time to process. A restocking fee may apply in some cases and will be communicated during the return process.

Note: When replacing a bike's inner tube, be sure to add a little air before installing it. This way it won't twist or curl, which can lead to pinch flats. Inspect for an even bead of the tire to the rim on both sides.
