Important Operating Information
Choosing your class

The Hybrid can be switched between Class 2 and Class 3, and each pedal-assist level can be tuned, where local regulations permit.

Shifting gears

Ease pedaling pressure before shifting the Shimano 8-speed derailleur, and avoid shifting under heavy load.

Pre-ride inspection

Before the first ride, verify that the handlebars, stem, pedals, wheels, battery, tires, and brakes are properly installed and secured, and perform a low-speed test.

Riding in wet conditions

The Hybrid carries IPX6/IPX5 water resistance for wet-weather riding. Do not submerge the bike or pressure-wash the electrical components.
