Track Your Order

Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number and a link to follow it the whole way. Here's how to check on it.

1. Check your shipping confirmation email

Your tracking number and carrier are in the "Your order has shipped" email we sent. If you can't find it, check your spam folder, or contact us and we'll resend it.

2. Track with the carrier

Enter your tracking number on your carrier's site:

  • USPS — tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction
  • UPS — ups.com/track
  • FedEx — fedex.com/fedextrack

Larger items ship by freight; for those, your tracking link and delivery scheduling come directly from the freight carrier noted in your email.

3. Need a hand?

If your tracking hasn't updated, your order is outside the estimated 4–7 business day window, or anything looks off, reach out and we'll chase it down for you.
